CNC Machined Parts

IIT, Inc. utilizes 2, 3, and 5-axis milling stations, as well as turning centers with live tooling. Equipped with a precise motion control system, positioning of +/- .0001", parts are precision machined to overall tolerances of +/- .0005". The vector spindle drive uses closed-loop, digital servo technology to provide precise speed control and peak performance under heavy cutting loads.
